This Privacy Policy explains how Indexia Digital™, a division of JAVI AGENCY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit indexiadigital.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use any of our services — including our digital marketing services and Veredia™, our software line for accessibility and client communication. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact form, request a consultation or quote, subscribe to our newsletter, request a free website scan, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to share, including: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, project details, estimated budget, service interest, and any other information you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by standard analytics tools, including:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, operating system, and device information
• Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)

Information processed through Veredia™, our software line

Veredia™ is the name of our software products: Veredia™ Assist (accessibility interface), Veredia™ Scanner (accessibility scanner), Veredia™ Concierge (website messaging), and Veredia™ Voice (AI call assistant). Some of these run on this Site, and some run on the websites of the businesses that hire us (our "Clients"). Depending on which you use, the following applies:

• Veredia™ Scanner — when you enter a website address to run a free accessibility check, we process the URL you submit, the publicly available content of the pages it points to, and the technical results of the scan. The Scanner only reads pages that are publicly reachable — it does not log into, bypass, or access private areas of any website. Scan requests may be logged (including the submitted URL and the requesting IP address) to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable, and scan results may be retained so we can review them with you if you ask us to.
• Veredia™ Concierge — the message window on the Site. The messages you type are transmitted to and stored by us so that a real person at Indexia Digital™ can read them and follow up. Automated checks are applied to filter spam. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government ID details) in a chat message. Any contact details you choose to include in your messages are used only to respond to you.
• Veredia™ Assist — the accessibility interface available on this Site and on Client websites. Accessibility preferences chosen by visitors (such as contrast, text size, or navigation settings) are stored locally on the visitor's own device and are not used to identify individuals.
• Veredia™ Voice — where a Client uses our AI call assistant, phone calls answered by it may be recorded and transcribed to book appointments and improve service quality. Where required by law, you will be notified at the start of the call.

Veredia™ Assist and Veredia™ Scanner are designed to improve access for people with disabilities — they do not collect health or disability information about visitors, and they do not sell or profile visitor data. Where any Veredia™ product runs on a Client's website, the Client is the data controller and Indexia Digital™ acts as a service provider (processor) under written agreements. Requests about that data should be directed to the business you interacted with; we will assist them in responding as required by law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver requested services
• Perform website accessibility scans, audits, and ongoing monitoring you or a Client request
• Operate the Veredia™ products — Assist, Scanner, Concierge, and Voice — on the Site and on behalf of our Clients
• Read and respond to messages sent through Veredia™ Concierge
• Communicate updates, project status, and relevant marketing material
• Improve the Site's content, performance, and user experience
• Analyze usage patterns and measure marketing effectiveness
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

Our Veredia™ products and AI services rely on additional vetted providers — such as telephony and messaging carriers and AI model providers — that process data only to deliver the service, under contractual safeguards.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site, deliver services, send email, or process payments — under written agreements that limit their use of your data.
• Our Clients, when we process information on their behalf through the Veredia™ products described above.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with reasonable safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax records, contractual obligations). Messages sent through Veredia™ Concierge are kept while we handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward. Scan records from Veredia™ Scanner are kept to maintain the service and review results on request. Chat transcripts, call recordings, and related data processed for Clients are retained according to each Client's instructions and our service agreements. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (California CCPA/CPRA, EU GDPR, and other applicable laws), you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, please email info@indexiadigital.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of one of our Clients, we will forward it to that Client and assist them in responding.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. International Visitors

Indexia Digital™ operates from Los Angeles, California, USA. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — including as our products and services, such as the Veredia™ line, continue to evolve. The current version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email when appropriate.

Veredia™ and the Veredia™ product names — Veredia™ Assist, Veredia™ Scanner, Veredia™ Concierge, and Veredia™ Voice — are trademarks of JAVI AGENCY LLC, used by its Indexia Digital™ division.
